Lexington, Kentucky, USA — The International Coaching Federation (ICF) invites individuals and organizations from around the world to come together for International Coaching Week (ICW), taking place May 11–17, 2026. This annual global celebration brings professional coaches, communities, and organizations together to experience and recognize the real impact of professional coaching.
“Coaching empowers people to think bigger than they might on their own,” said ICF CEO Magdalena Nowicka Mook. “International Coaching Week is our invitation to the world to experience that. When people have space to think clearly, reflect honestly, and move forward with intention, remarkable things happen for individuals, for teams, and for communities.”
ICW 2026 will feature 1,100+ events organized by ICF chapters and members worldwide, including webinars, workshops, panel discussions, public coaching demonstrations, and pro bono sessions. Events will be available in more than 25 languages across multiple time zones, representing the global reach of the coaching profession.
Last year, ICW drew more than 31,000 participants from 81 countries, a sign of coaching’s growing role in helping people navigate change, build resilience, and reach their goals. ICF expects this year’s celebration to reach even further.
Whether you’re experiencing coaching for the first time or deepening a practice you’ve built for years, ICW offers something meaningful. Events are open to coaches, aspiring coaches, organizational leaders, and anyone curious about what coaching can do.
