Lexington, KY – The International Coaching Federation (ICF) and the Oman Energy Association (OPAL) have established an innovative partnership through a formal agreement signed during the ICF MENA Conference’s “Impacting the Future.”
This historic agreement marks the first of its kind between an Omani organization and ICF, aiming to deliver diverse coaching services to OPAL members while promoting and cultivating a coaching culture and its positive impact on organizations. “We are thrilled to form a strategic alliance between ICF and OPAL, dedicated to fostering a coaching culture across OPAL member companies,” stated Robert Garcia, ICF Vice President of Coaching in Organizations. “Together, we aim to inspire, empower, and drive profound growth through coaching that will enhance leadership capabilities and excellence across organizations.”
