Leadership during times of crisis puts even the most seasoned decision-makers to the test. Join Tom Kolditz, ACC, for a discussion about the dynamics of crisis leadership and how to best assist clients in navigating these situations.
- Coaching Science: Coaching Millennials: A Qualitative Study on May 17 at 9 a.m. (New York). John Schaffner, PhD, will share his research about how coaching benefits millennials. Learn how coaches can encourage emotional access to others, efficacy enhancement, learning to see, learning to help, and the identification of the self.

If this is your first time accessing an CP on the enhanced ICF Learning Portal, please follow the instructions below.
First log onto the ICF Learning Portal. You may do so from your profile page or from learning.coachingfederation.org. To access the ICF Learning Portal from your profile page, navigate to coachingfederation.org. Log in, then click Access Profile.
Click on Access ICF Learning Portal on the right side under My Account Links
When you arrive on the Learning Portal, you will find the Upcoming Webinar Calendar on the main page, dashboard. Click the button for your desired session, which will bring you to the details of the webinar.
Click Launch Course, which opens a new window to access the webinar.
Click Launch Session to begin.
