As a coaching professional, it’s important that you have easy access to the tools, resources, and information to empower your clients and the world through coaching. That is why ICF is working to enhance our digital experience for you and all coaching stakeholders worldwide. As part of this initiative, we invite you to participate in a testing exercise that will help us build the new structure of our website, coachingfederation.org, and ensure that you are easily able to find valuable information that matters most to you.
We anticipate that this activity should take about 15 minutes of your time. During this exercise, you will interact with a sample of our website’s new navigation. You will be presented with 10 tasks, each requiring you to find a different piece of information. For example, a task may ask: “Where would you go to find information on the MCC credential?” Simply explore the sample navigation and tell us where you would expect to find that information. Detailed instructions will be provided to help guide you through the exercise before you begin.
This activity will close at 11:59 p.m. (New York) on Thursday, February 29.
