Why I chose this quote for 2022
It’s been another tough year. COVID (and the conflict around vaccination) continues to exist. Our minds now have the war in the Ukraine to think about as well as rising interest rates and inflation, increasing political instability around the world and more extreme weather events (to name a few).
Despite all the scary things going on in the world, we must remember to be kind and lead the way by being authentically ourselves. We must continue to go after our dreams and be thankful for what we have. And of course its important to find ways to enjoy life and the present moment.
Here’s a great way to use this quote for inspirational journaling over the holidays
Simply answer each line of the quote in your journal:

- What actions will I take towards my dreams?
