The updated Minimum Skills Requirements for the ACC and MCC Credentials are now available. They are aligned with the updated ICF Core Competencies.
The Minimum Skills Requirements offer coach practitioners, mentor coaches, coach educators and coaching assessors with guidance that can support the development of coaching competencies along a coach’s journey, from beginner to coaching mastery.
The updated requirements also identify key skills and behaviors that will be assessed as part of the performance evaluation process for ICF Credential applications submitted on or after August 1, 2022, at 12 Noon EDT (New York).
Applications submitted prior to July 27, 2022, at 11:59 p.m. EDT (New York) will be assessed to the current Minimum Skills Requirements.
