Get laser-focused on who you serve, the transformation you help them achieve, and your unique coaching approach. Align your offerings with your strengths, and with the needs of your ideal clients. Then practise talking about it. Build your own familiarity with your message, get comfortable speaking it out loud and watch your ownership of the message grow.

2. Show Up Where It Counts
You don’t need to be everywhere. Just where your people are.
Choose one or two platforms your ideal clients already use, and go all in. Be consistent, share real insights, and engage with intention. It’s not about popularity. It’s about resonance and relationship. It’s not about having a profile, it is really about showing up. Just like ‘in real life’ (IRL a my kids would say) you can’t be in two places at once, so don’t try. Pick your favourites and learn what it means to show up.
Try this: Audit your current marketing efforts. Are you showing up where your clients are actually looking?

Behind every sustainable business are quiet systems doing the heavy lifting.
Automate what you can, like scheduling, onboarding, invoicing, and follow-ups. Create templates and workflows that make the client journey smooth and supportive. And don’t be afraid to outsource what drains you. This is the key to growth (and often it’s biggest challenge), the strength of large organisations comes in the systems that do the heavy lifting. Let the machine do the work, while you bring the heart.

Let your marketing be an extension of your coaching. Educate, empower, and serve before the sale. Create lead magnets that solve real problems. Share content that’s thoughtful and values-led. Think about it, have you ever searched all over the place for something that you needed, but couldn’t find? And, then think about how grateful you were when someone pointed it out to you.
