At ICF, we are committed to creating a more inclusive and equitable coaching community, and that’s why we are offering a free Global Cultural Competency in Coaching workshop throughout the year.
Upon completion of this interactive, live two-hour workshop, you will have the ability to:
- Recognize the difference between cultural knowledge, awareness, and sensitivity.
- Display personal cultural proficiency during coaching.
- Distinguish the six stages of cultural competency.
- Define intercultural communication and describe its importance in coaching.
This workshop has been approved for 1.5 CCE units in Core Competencies and 0.5 in Resource Development.
The workshop will be offered every third Tuesday of the month at 12 Noon (New York), beginning in February. To encourage meaningful interaction, each session is limited to 36 seats, so please register for only one session.
Please note: This training is for members not affiliated with an ICF Chapter.
