ICF Coaching Education and ICF Credentials and Standards recently announced an exciting evolution of the PCC assessor community within ICF accredited organizations. The ICF Coaching Education Assessor Community (formerly known as the PCC Assessor Community) will transition to become part of the ICF Coaching Education Global Knowledge Community.
Our hope is that this transition to ICF Coaching Education community will allow us to provide additional support, resources, and ongoing education to those assessing final performance evaluations within Level 1 and Level 2 programs. It will also provide opportunities for you to engage in this community and offer a dedicated space for these individuals to connect with one another in a meaningful way.
This transition will take place on Wednesday, May 1. As we prepare for this shift, we are seeking for your feedback and engagement.
We will hold three focus groups to allow those affected by this transition to provide feedback and insight into the needs of this unique community. If you are assessing final performance evaluations at your organization, and are interested in participating in a focus group, please sign up below.
Focus groups are limited to 20 participants.
Additionally, we will be selecting two global co-leaders to help us manage this group and provide support and guidance to the ICF Coaching Education team regarding needs for ongoing development and education. If you are interested in applying to be a global co-leader for this community, we encourage you to apply today.
Applications will close at 5 p.m. (New York) on Friday, March 17.
