Last summer, ICF made a written pledge to put diversity, equity, inclusion and justice (DEIJ) at the forefront of everything we do. Since then, we have begun to put actions to those words.
In July 2020, the ICF Global Board of Directors convened the DEIJ Task Force to create an overarching plan that would address diversity, equity, inclusion, belonging and justice within the ICF Ecosystem and more broadly across the coaching profession. The DEIJ Task Force has since completed foundational work that will guide a second task force to design a roadmap and implementation plan for embedding DEIJ throughout ICF.
