In our continued commitment to diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging (DEIB), we are creating Member Resource Groups (MRGs) designed to provide a safe space for underrepresented ICF members to share, develop, and network with others, including allies. The MRGs are also a vehicle to help break down barriers and obstacles that may hinder members of these communities from joining ICF, growing as coaches, finding opportunities, or feeling a sense of belonging.
For 2023, we have planned the following group spaces:
- BIPOC (Black, Indigenous, People of Color).
- Persons with Disabilities.
- Young Professionals (40 and under).
We are currently seeking two leaders per MRG who are passionate about supporting these communities. If you are interested in furthering these spaces, we encourage you to apply. The deadline to submit your application is May 10 at 5 p.m. (New York).
