ICF is seeking experienced and highly skilled volunteer facilitators to host upcoming chapter leader diversity workshops. These two-hour diversity workshops will be hosted on an ongoing basis.
Selected facilitators MUST attend a train-the-trainer session with ICF Director of DEIJB LaKisha C. Brooks on September 14-16 to learn content. To ensure time zone inclusion, we will host three train-the-trainer sessions. There will be additional opportunities to learn and practice the content before the first diversity workshop.
Workshops will begin tentatively in late September or early October 2022. The time commitment may vary based on the availability of facilitators and the frequency of training.
